CANCELLATION POLICY

At Gunaapaat, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the nature of online retail, there may be instances when a product goes out of stock unexpectedly after an order has been placed. While we make every effort to ensure that our stock information is accurate, high demand may occasionally lead to items being sold out before our system can be updated. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations. We want to be transparent about how we handle these situations.


If your order is cancelled due to stock limitations, here’s what will happen:

1. Immediate Notification:

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or SMS.

2. Full Refund:

If we cannot fulfil your order due to stock limitations, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled product(s) within 10 business days.

3. Partial Cancellation:

If your order contains multiple items and only some are unavailable, we will cancel only the out-of-stock items. You will still receive the available items, and a refund for the unavailable products will be issued.

What You Can Do When You Receive a Stock Limitation Notice:

1. Select a Replacement Item:

If an item is cancelled, you may choose to replace it with another similar product or size if available. We are here to assist you in finding an alternative.

2. Wait list or Restock Notifications:

Some items may be restocked soon. If you'd like to be notified when the product becomes available again, please let us know so we can place you on a wait list or send you a restock notification.

Why Does This Happen?

We make every effort to keep our stock updated; however, due to high demand, stock may be limited or quickly exhausted. Occasionally, our online inventory may differ from what is available in our warehouses, which can lead to an item being out of stock at the time of shipment.

Cancellation of Orders by You:

All orders are generally processed within one to two days of placement. Orders placed on our website may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped from our warehouse. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to confirm the order prior to shipping. In the case of prepaid orders that are cancelled before shipment, a refund will be issued according to the customer's preferred method: either in the form of a coupon code or a refund to the original payment method, subject to a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges.
