RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Welcome to Gunaapaat. We place the utmost importance on customer satisfaction and kindly request that you review our policies before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchange Policies:
- We offer exchange within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- The item must be neatly folded and returned in its original packaging
- The product should be in the same condition as received. Products not returned in proper condition or packaging will not be accepted
- If the product does not meet the exchange criteria, it will be sent back to the customer
- Exchange is allowed only once per order
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges for exchanges.
- We currently do not provide reverse pickup

Return Policy:
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
Condition of Return:
- A complete uncut opening video from the time of receiving the parcel till opening and showing the defect is required. Send it to connect@gunaapaat.com within 24 hours
- The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received
- Customers are requested to arrange the return courier themselves
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
