RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are dissatisfied with the products you have purchased or have changed your mind after receiving your order, please rest assured that we understand your concerns. We strive to ensure that you do not regret your purchasing decision. We value your investment and are committed to preventing any unnecessary expenditure on products that do not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have established a straightforward three-step return policy for our customers. Upon returning a product, you will receive a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned item, which can be applied to your future purchases. Below are the steps involved in returning your Gunaapaat purchases.
- Inform: To initiate the return process, please submit the name and image of the product via email to connect@gunaapaat.com within 48 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of this information, we will review your request for approval, after which further instructions will be provided.
- Return: After receiving confirmation of your return request, please return the products in their original tags and packaging within five days. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.Products must be in unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. We cannot process refunds for damaged items or those without original tags and packaging.Please use a reliable courier service and provide us with tracking information once the items are shipped.
- Refund: The final step begins once we receive your returned package. We will notify you within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it. After conducting a quality check, we will calculate your eligible refund according to our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be provided exclusively as credits in the form of a coupon code. This coupon code is intended for one-time use only and may not be applied to any subsequent orders. The validity of the coupon code extends for one year from the date of issue, and it may be utilised at any point within that one-year time frame for your purchases.
Applicable Deductions
- A fee of ₹250 will be charged for the non-acceptance of prepaid orders. This fee encompasses the costs associated with both forward and reverse shipping for the return of the order to our warehouse. The remaining balance will be provided in the form of a refund coupon code, which will be sent to your email address. Please be advised that no bank transfers or direct credits to the original payment method will be issued for packages that are undelivered or returned.
- Any refund coupon code from a previous order, when applied to a new order that is not accepted, will result in the expiration of the coupon code, rendering it unusable for future transactions. It is imperative to ensure that cash on delivery (COD) or prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
- For any online prepaid transactions where the amount is deducted from your card or wallet but you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us before placing another order. We will verify if your transaction was successfully captured. If you place a new order before confirming with us, a 5% fee will be deducted from the transaction amount to cover payment gateway charges before any refund is processed.
- For orders in which shipping charges were waived due to a promotional offer, a deduction of ₹125 will be applied to the refund coupon codes. This amount corresponds to the shipping cost incurred from our warehouse to the customer.
- A customer who uses a refund code to place an order and subsequently returns the order will be eligible for a maximum of two refund codes related to the original order.
- Free shipping offers applied to orders using refund coupon codes will incur a deduction of ₹125 if the customer has placed more than two orders with refund coupon codes.
Eligibility
- All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code.
- Products that are damaged, used, or sent without original packaging and tags are not eligible for refunds. These items can be returned to you for an additional shipping cost of ₹125, or you may collect them in person from our warehouse.
- Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns.
- All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks before being sent. In the event that the quality fails to meet your expectations, please be advised that refunds will not be issued.
Refund Time
- Coupon codes will be processed within three business days from the date we receive the returned products or the confirmation of order cancellation.
- The coupon code provided as a refund may only be utilised if no other promotional code is applied when placing a new order.
- A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.
- In the event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition, we are committed to providing a replacement for the same item or issuing a refund coupon code equivalent to the amount paid for the product.
Damaged Product Received:
All of our products undergo a comprehensive '3-Level Quality Check' and are packaged with the utmost diligence to ensure they arrive at our customers' locations in impeccable condition. However, in rare instances, it is possible that the product may be compromised due to rough handling by the courier service during transit. In such situations, please follow the instructions outlined below:
1) Inform within 48 Hours: Please document the unboxing of your package through video or by capturing photographs that clearly illustrate the issues you are encountering. It is essential to compose an email to our returns support team at connect@gunaapaat.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, ensuring that you attach all relevant evidence to facilitate a prompt resolution. Our team will respond to your email within 48 hours.
2) Reverse Pickup (Only for orders delivered within India): Upon approval of your return for the damaged product(s), and after our team verifies that your order is indeed eligible for a return and replacement, we will coordinate a reverse pickup for the product at no additional cost to you. This pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours following confirmation. We kindly request that you have the products ready for pickup; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the scheduled pickup. In such an event, you will be required to return the product to us at your own expense.
3) Resolution: Upon the successful completion of the reverse pickup and the receipt of the returned product, we will promptly either dispatch a replacement package for the damaged item, subject to availability, or issue a full refund coupon code equivalent to the value of the product. This coupon code will remain valid for one year from the date of issuance. Please be advised that cash refunds will not be provided for replacement or damage cases. We are pleased to offer either a replacement or a refund coupon code in these instances.
