SHIPPING AREAS:

We happily ship to all states and Union Territories across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Gunaapaat offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹150 is applicable for all COD orders within India.

 

ORDER DISPATCH:

Gunaapaat is committed to processing and dispatching orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email notification containing tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. If any delays arise in the processing of your order, we will communicate with you promptly to provide updates.

ORDER TRACKING:

Following the dispatch of your order, you will receive an email that includes a Tracking URL and AWB number. This Tracking URL can be utilised to monitor your order's progress in real time.

ORDER DELIVERY:

For shipments within India, our logistics partner typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days to metro cities and 10 days to non-metro cities from the date of dispatch. We are dedicated to adhering to these timelines; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays. Thanks for your understanding!
