Terms of Operations

 www.gunaapaat.com retains the right to suspend or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice. Nevertheless, all outstanding orders will be either fulfilled or fully refunded.

Furthermore,www.gunaapaat.com also reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at any time, without providing reasons for such a decision.

www.gunaapaat.com   maintains the right to refuse services to any individual at any time, without the obligation to provide a rationale for such a decision.

Warranty and Liability

www.gunaapaat.com will not be held responsible for any damage arising from the use of products shipped to members or products purchases through Gunaapaat.

We accept no liability for any delay or failure to fulfil our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to events of Inevitable incident, natural disasters, or disruptions in supply chains.

Damaged Products Policy

We take great care to ensure all products undergo thorough quality checks before being shipped to our customers. However, any damage that occurs during transit after the product has been shipped is beyond our control.

If you receive a damaged product, we will be happy to replace it with the same or a similar item, based on stock availability. To request a replacement, please email us at connect@gunaapaat.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include an unboxing video and a picture of the damage. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note that we cannot accept damage claims reported more than 48 hours after you receive your order..

Missed Delivery Policy

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your shipment up to two times. If the order is not collected after these attempts, it will be returned to our facility. No refunds will be issued following two unsuccessful delivery attempts

If you wish to have the order reshipped, a reshipping fee of ₹250 will be assessed. For orders placed via Cash-on-Delivery that are returned, the reshipment will only be processed upon receipt of payment made online, in addition to the applicable shipping charges.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

  • A shipping charge of ₹150 will apply to all COD orders.
  • COD is available for orders with a total value between ₹500 and ₹4000.
  • Please provide a valid phone number and address.
  • After receiving a COD order, we may contact you via phone, email, or whatsapp to confirm your order.
  • Ensure you are available at the time of delivery with the payment ready. Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If the order is not accepted or payment is not made, the package will be returned to us, and the advance token amount will not be refunded.
  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team. Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in COD being disabled on your account.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any COD order that is suspected of fraud or abuse.

Sale Terms

Sales are valid only while supplies last, and the duration of such sales is subject to our discretion. We retain the right to extend, terminate, or modify the sale without prior notification. Exchanges and returns are not permitted on sale items.
